• Conversion attribution: Track from click through purchase using first-party cookies and server-to-server postback integration.
• WooCommerce integration: Automatic attribution of sales via checkout hooks.
• Geo-routing: Route visitors to different destinations based on country of origin.
• API & webhooks: Programmatic access to link management and real-time conversion events.

3. User Accounts & Responsibilities

To access and use the Service, you must create an account with valid contact information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Keeping your account information accurate and up-to-date.
• Notifying us immediately of unauthorized account access.
• All activity occurring under your account, whether authorized by you or not.
• Ensuring you own or have permission to use any domain you add to the Service.

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive activity.

• Copyright & trademark infringement: Violate intellectual property rights of any person or entity.
• Abuse of service: Attempt to gain unauthorized access, overwhelm servers, or interfere with service availability.
• Phishing: Create links intended to collect credentials or personal data through deception.
• Adult content: Distribute pornography, adult, or sexually explicit material without clear age verification.
• Illegal goods: Sell or distribute illegal drugs, weapons, counterfeit goods, or stolen property.
• Hate speech & harassment: Content promoting violence, discrimination, or harassment.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality of Redirectors (including design, text, graphics, logos, and code) are owned by Redirectors, our licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You grant us a non-exclusive license to use the links, URLs, and data you provide through the Service for analytics and improvement of our Platform. You retain ownership of your data.

You may not reproduce, distribute, transmit, or display any content without our prior written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REDIRECTORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US (IF ANY) IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Germany for any disputes arising from these terms or use of the Service.
